Zero Motorcycles Offers Five-Year Warranty on All European Models
Zero Motorcycles, a leading player in the electric motorcycle industry, has announced that starting from the 2024 model-year, all of its motorcycles sold in Europe will come with a standard five-year warranty. This warranty applies to all components of the bikes, regardless of the number of kilometers ridden.
The move is seen as a significant reassurance to potential buyers, as electric motorcycles are gaining popularity in the market. Zero Motorcycles already had an impressive warranty on its products, with the ZForce ZF battery carrying a five-year warranty and other components having a limited-kilometer two-year warranty. However, the new warranty program extends coverage to all components for a uniform five-year period.
Furthermore, the warranty is transferable to a new owner if the bike is sold within the five-year timeframe. The program is made possible through a partnership with Real Garant Zurich, a subsidiary of the Zurich Insurance Group. Zero Motorcycles EMEA vice president and director, Umberto Uccelli, expressed confidence in the quality and reliability of their motorcycles and emphasized the privilege of partnering with Real Garant Zurich.
